At Stephenson Farms, we cultivate and process fibre locally in the GTA area of Southern Ontario — growing industrial hemp, Luffa plants, and natural fibres right here in Ontario — supplying local textile makers, artisans, and manufacturers with premium, sustainably grown natural fibres. Hemp is one of the most versatile and eco-friendly crops on earth, and Canada is perfectly positioned to lead its revival.

Hemp fibre and hurd can be used for everything. We also grow Luffa gourds all year round — a natural, biodegradable sponge and exfoliating fibre grown right here on the farm.
By cultivating and processing fibre locally in the GTA, we create green jobs, keep value within Southern Ontario, and grow a circular economy — turning renewable crops into biodegradable products while cutting reliance on imported and synthetic materials.
